Returns & Refunds

While we are pretty sure our products won’t disappoint you a bit, this is just in case something goes wrong (Don’t worry, we’re here!).

Each of our products are carefully handcrafted and while we try to deliver exactly as in the picture, there might be very slight difference as they are handmade entirely.

Cancellations & Refunds:

  1. Once we have shipped the items they can’t be cancelled & are not eligible for a refund.

  2. At this stage of business, we do not issue cash refunds for any reason. We settle all eligible issues or returns with store credits only. 

Returns/Exchanges:

  1. With Meauiful you do not get standard returns or exchanges on accessories.

  2. However, if in case you get an incorrect item or a damaged one, please:

  • Reach out to us via email himeauiful@gmail.com or Whatsapp us at 9953096063 or DM us on Instagram.

  • Share an unboxing video (mandatory clearly showing the issue).

Once the Verification is Done:

  1. You will get the store credits equivalent to the product amount within 2-3 business working days. 

  2. Additionally, we’ll share an exclusive discount code that can be used on your next purchase - this is our way of making it up for you. 

Please note: We do not send replacements for damaged items. This helps us keep our handmade process sustainable and fair to all customers. 

Special Case Exchanges:

In some exceptional cases, we may offer an exchange, but only under the below-mentioned conditions:

  • If in case the product you received is different from what was shown (in terms of design, color or length).

These are reviewed case-by-case, and our team’s decision will be final.

Kindly Note: Any allergic reaction to materials do not qualify for exchange or return, so we recommend reading the product descriptions carefully before placing an order.
